$75 Damage waver(per vessel) is optional for the rental, with that is covers $500 worth of damage, this damage waver does not cover lost items on the boat(Anchor, fendors, docklines). If the damage fee is not selected we have a $500 damage hold that will be placed on the renters Credit Card at the time of the rent, the hold will be lifted at midnight pending no damaged occured during the rent. Any body damage to the metal sheeting on the boat or to a stainless steel prop will result in an immediate $1000 charge until the damage is inspected by a licensed dealer.
Age Restrictions
Must be 21 with a valad boaters license to rent a jet ski. Must be 31 with a valid drivers license to rent a boat.
18 yr old can be added as a driver if texas boaters license is presented at time of rent.
Making a reservation
Off season minimum is 2 Hours (March 1st - May 15th)
Peak season minimum is 3 hours (May 16th - September 30th)
Holiday weekend Minimum is 4hrs (Memorial weekend May 27th - 29th) (Fathersday weekend june 17th - 18th) (4th of july weekend july 1st -3rd) (laborday weekend september 2nd-4th)

Cancellation policy
48hrs for a normal cancellation.
72hrs for holiday weekend.
Dirty Boat Policy
If the boat comes back overly dirty we will charge a $75 cleaning fee(lots of sand or mud, trash left all over)
No Show Pollicy
Any no shows will be required to pay the full amount of the reservation.
Overtime policy
For every 15Min you are late past the agreed time on the reservation it will be a $75 charge added.
